I got this recipe book for my family, I have lots of recipes and this will be a good way to pass them down to the younger generation in our family. I have a book from my grandma, so it will be nice to have a place for my recipes, my nephew has been cooking and it taking after his aunt and loves to make some of my recipes so I saw this and knew it would be perfect. He will get my recipes and his grandmas recipe book too. It’s well made and waterproof which I love, well made and definitely worth the price.

This recipe book is GORGEOUS! I got the beige and gold and I'm in love with it! I wanted to start writing down recipes to pass down to my daughter someday, and this book is perfect for organizing my recipes. I like that there is plenty of room to write my recipes and that they can be organized into different sections. I love the attention to detail with the gold trim, it makes me feel fancy. And also, I like the fact that the cover is waterproof! The perfect place to store my recipes!

Excellent set up

I really love this recipe book. This is a book that I hope will be passed down and will hold up for years to come. It is very well made and well worth the cost, in my opinion. It is a great size, I would say medium sized. Not too small, not too big. The print is very nice with cute sayings and pictures. It is a very thoughtful recipe book.There are 10 blank recipe pages per section, so you could use extras from a section you may not use or have less recipes for. For each recipe there are two pages, but they open up side by side, not back to back, so you have everything you need for a recipe without having to turn a page. The left side is for ingredients, notes and even a section to make if it is a special dietary recipe, like gluten free, keto, etc. The right side is a full page for directions.There is a minor detail that I do agree with from some other reviews. The divider pages are preprinted for different types of recipes, such as: Main Dishes, Snacks, Drinks, Side Dishes, etc. There are tabs on each divider and preprinted tab stickers, with different fonts to choose from, that you can put on the divider page. However, there are tabs that match the dividers and then additional tabs that don't. There are no blank dividers to customize so you will either have to match the tab stickers to the preprinted divider or have mismatched and conflicting descriptions on your divider and tab. You would likely just go by your tab, but still. This is a little inconvenient and perhaps a change they could make would be to add some blank, customizable divider pages. That would solve this issue. I don't think this was worth taking a star off because the rest of the recipe book is fabulous! You can always add your own dividers,I highly recommend this as a family recipe book and hopeful heirloom or as a thoughtful gift for someone you know that loves to cook!
